Please note that the lead person making the booking, and acting on behalf of all of the other parties listed on the booking, must be over 18 years old.

Guests can choose between two payment options:

• Full Payment at Booking
  Pay the total amount at the time of booking to secure your stay immediately.

• Deposit Option
  Pay 25% of the total amount at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due 30 days before arrival.

Please wait for the confirmation e-mail before proceeding with payment. This helps us avoid overbookings from multiple booking platforms that may occur simultaneously.

We typically send the confirmation e-mail within a few hours. Once you receive it, you can safely complete your payment.

The deposit (25% of the total amount) is fully refundable if your cancellation is made more than 61 days prior to the arrival date.

If cancellation occurs 60 days or less before arrival, the deposit is non-refundable.

If the full amount has been paid and cancellation occurs within 30 days before arrival, it is non-refundable.

We recommend booking early to secure your preferred dates, and please note that all cancellations must be made in writing via e-mail.
