    Child Policies: Children of any age are welcome and count as persons. They don’t have special pricing or discount. Please add the number of children in your group and their ages.

    Please note that the lead person making the booking, and acting on behalf of all of the other parties listed on the booking, must be over 18 years old.

    For check-in and legal registration purposes, a valid tax identification number (AFM) is required from Greek guests, while an ID card (for EU citizens) or a passport (for non-EU guests) is collected prior to arrival.

  • Guests can choose between two payment options:

    • Full Payment at Booking
      Pay the total amount at the time of booking to secure your stay immediately.

    • Deposit Option
      Pay 25% of the total amount at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due 30 days before arrival.

    Please wait for the confirmation e-mail before proceeding with payment. This helps us avoid overbookings from multiple booking platforms that may occur simultaneously.

    We typically send the confirmation e-mail within a few hours. Once you receive it, you can safely complete your payment.

  • The deposit (25% of the total amount) is fully refundable if your cancellation is made more than 61 days prior to the arrival date.

    Cancellations made between 60 and 31 days prior to arrival,qualify for a partial refund. A 15% cancellation fee (calculated on the total booking amount) will be retained.

    For cancellations made within 30 days of arrival, no refund will be issued.

    Please note that any bank or transaction fees are non-refundable.

    We recommend booking early to secure your preferred dates, and please note that all cancellations must be made in writing via e-mail.
